Instructions for placing an order with a Purchase Order
1. Place your order on the website using your PO# as your payment option at checkout.
2. Fax us a signed copy of your PO to 855-633-2570, or email it to email@example.com referencing your order number. The PO must include a direct phone number and email address for the bookkeeper or Accounts Payable Dept.
3. Upon receipt of the signed PO, we will process and ship your order as well as mail you an invoice Net 30.

**Please note that your order is not final until we have received both your order and your signed PO. It will not be processed or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not follow the outlined instructions.**
